01 The terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StayX website at stayx.ai and the content we make available on it (the "Site"), operated by StayX, Inc. ("StayX," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Use of any StayX product, such as Mano, is governed by a separate agreement, not these Terms.
You may view and use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means that place unreasonable load on it, probe or breach its security, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
The Site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the StayX and Mano names and marks, are owned by StayX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except for ordinary personal or internal reference use.
Content on the Site is provided for general information only. Mano is software; it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, and nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or other professional advice. Attorneys and other professionals remain responsible for their own work and decisions.
The Site may describe products, features, and plans that are in development or offered as concept previews. These descriptions are not commitments to deliver any product or feature, and may change without notice.
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites, and links are provided for convenience only.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StayX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
