01  The policy

StayX, Inc. ("StayX," "we," "us") builds agentic systems for complex enterprise workflows, including our product Mano. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through stayx.ai and related pages, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not describe the confidential handling of customer matter data inside Mano, which is governed by the separate agreement between StayX and each customer firm.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you contact us or request access to a product, for example by emailing us or submitting a form, we collect the details you send, such as your name, firm or organization, email address, and any message content.
  • Usage information. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the site.
  • Cookies. We aim to keep the marketing site free of non-essential tracking. Any strictly necessary cookies used are limited to operating the site and preventing abuse.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about StayX and our products.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use information submitted through this site to train models for anyone else.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to run our site and communications, for example, cloud hosting and content infrastructure providers. These providers process information on our behalf under agreements that require appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to us by contacting hello@stayx.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and products are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
